WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS OH City of Warrensville Heights Firefighter/Paramedic Civil Service Exam NOTICE The City of Warrensville Heights will administer a civil service exam on June 11, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at the Warrensville Heights Municipal Center, 4743 Richmond Rd., for Firefighter/Paramedic openings. Application packets will be available from May 16th to May 20th and May 23rd to May 28th at the Warrensville Heights Fire Department, 4301 Warrensville Center Rd., Mon. through Fri., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sat., 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. A non- refundable processing fee of $30 (cash, money order, or certified check only) is required when picking up the packet. No personal checks accepted. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Ohio driver`s license, and completed the 260 hour Firefighter course at the time of submitting the completed application. Applicants will be required to submit a Physical Agility and Paramedics certifications. Applicants must submit a Physical Agility certification that was issued on or after January 31, 2022. The Paramedic and Physical Agility certifications must be submitted to the Civil Service Commission no later than January 31, 2023. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and a maximum of 34 years of age at time of appointment. All properly completed applications must be returned and accepted by 12 p.m. on May 28, 2022 at the Warrensville Heights Fire Department.
