Position Objectives:
The City of York is accepting applications for the full-time position of Firefighter/EMT. Minimum qualifications: high school graduate and certified by the South Carolina Fire Academy. Must possess or be able to acquire a Class E driver?s license or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates who have municipal firefighting experience and who are certified EMTs. Must be able to work flexible schedule. Position offers competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
