Qualifications and Requirements
Firefighter Minimum Requirements:
? $35 non-refundable application fee
? United States citizen
? Must be 21 years of age, and under 35 years of age at time of application, or as otherwise exempt by statute
? High School Diploma (or its equivalent)
? Valid Driver?s License
? Valid Paramedic Certification by the time of hire
? Valid Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) card and approved Ladder Climb Card issued no more than 365 days prior to the date scheduled for the written exam. (Valid if dated: 1/8/2021 ? 1/8/2022). CPAT certification must also be current at time of conditional offer.

Testing Information:
Candidates must attend the mandatory orientation and written examination on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. Testing will be held at the Brookfield Village Hall ? additional details will be provided to eligible candidates at a later time.
