Job Description
Firefighter Recruit position protecting life and property through firefighting and EMS activities. Participates in code enforcement, supervised drills, training in firefighting and EMS skills, equipment maintenance, and public education. Work performed under close supervision with potential to manage company programs at fire scenes.
Requirements: Age 18+ by 8/14/2026, High School Grad/GED, Valid Arizona Driver's License, Ability to read/speak English, Current AZ EMT or Paramedic certification, CPR for healthcare provider certification, Must pass CPAT between 8/14/2025 and 8/14/2026, Legally able to work in US, Disclosure of vaccination status required
Salary: Estimated Annual Earnings: $60,156* (Fire Recruit) - EMCT-EMT $69,724* (Fire Recruit) - EMCT-Paramedic
