Job Description
Reserve Firefighter position with North County Fire Protection District. Reserve Firefighters are called upon during emergencies to support full-time suppression staff. All Reserve Firefighters complete an in-house paid training program. The district typically carries approximately 30 active Reserve Firefighters.
Requirements: Age 18+, Current National Registry EMT or Paramedic Card, Current CPAT Card, Valid CA Class C Driver's License or better, High School Diploma or GED, Resident of Tri-County area within 30 minutes of any NCFPD station, Pass written test, background investigation, drug and alcohol screening, oral interview, and Chief's Interview
