Job Description
Recruit Firefighter position with Mandeville Fire/EMS (MFD/EMS), St. Tammany Fire Protection District #4. Requires completion of a three-component application process including Louisiana OSE Entrance Firefighter Exam, CPAT, and application form with supporting documents. Upon hire, candidates must complete 14-week Recruit Academy and obtain National EMT Certification.
Requirements: U.S. citizenship, 18 years old minimum, high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, passing Louisiana OSE Entrance Firefighter Exam, passing CPAT, Firefighter I certification (for accelerated academy), National EMT Certification required within working test period
