Firefighter

Full-time firefighter position with Salisbury Fire Department. Candidates must complete firefighter physical agility test (FEAT), oral interview, background check, physical exams, and pre-service drug screening. Benefits include education bonuses (2.5-10% based on degree), haz-mat certification pay increase (2.5%), sign-on bonus ($2,000), and 12 hours annual leave + 12 hours sick leave per month plus 13 paid holidays.

Requirements: At least 18 years old, high school diploma or GED, valid NC driver's license, commitment to obtain and maintain certifications (EMT, Firefighter, Inspector, etc.)
