Job Description
Resident Volunteer Firefighter program offering live-in opportunities at SFD facilities. Participants receive free room, utilities, training, equipment, and may receive stipends. Must pass FEAT physical agility test, oral interview, background check, physical exams, and pre-service drug screening. Contact Training Captain, Battalion Chief Nick Martin to apply.
Requirements: 18 years old, high school diploma or GED, valid North Carolina driver's license, commitment to obtain and maintain certifications in EMT, Firefighter, Inspector, etc.
