Volunteer Firefighter

Allenspark Fire Protection District is recruiting volunteer firefighters to respond to structure, vehicle, and wildland fires, emergency medical services, search and rescue, hazardous materials incidents, and other emergency calls. Volunteers must commit to at least 20% call response and 36 hours of training annually. Responsibilities include emergency response, station/apparatus maintenance, camp inspections, and community events.

Requirements: Valid Colorado driver's license, physical and mental ability to handle emergency response demands, criminal background check, membership application

Salary: $10 per emergency call
