Job Description
Executive leader of the fire district responsible for personnel development, operational readiness, fiscal management, strategic planning, community engagement, and delivery of high-quality emergency services. Must recruit, develop, and retain both career and volunteer personnel, manage district resources, and serve as primary advisor to the Board of Directors.
Requirements: Fire service leadership experience, operational competency, administrative ability, experience leading career and volunteer personnel, fire and EMS certifications, education and training to lead a combination fire and EMS organization
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 DOQ
