Job Description
Volunteer Firefighter position with Hot Sulphur Springs-Parshall Fire Protection District. Respond to structure fires, automobile collisions, hazardous materials incidents, wildland fires, fire alarms, medical assists, and public assistance calls. Training provided; no experience necessary. One weekend per month on-duty commitment required.
Requirements: Must live in or within 15 minutes of Hot Sulphur Springs-Parshall FPD stations, Wildland certification (S-130/190) within 4 months, Colorado Hazmat Awareness and Operations within 1st year, Colorado State Firefighter 1 within 2 years, Colorado State Firefighter 2 within 3 years, able to attend 2nd and 4th Tuesday training nights monthly
