Job Description
Join the Sugar Loaf Fire Protection District as a volunteer firefighter. Respond to 911 calls including structure fires, wildfires, medical emergencies, motor vehicle accidents, and rescue operations. Initial training period is approximately one year with weeknight and weekend sessions. Volunteers must respond to at least 15% of district calls (~110 annually) and attend monthly training sessions.
Requirements: Must live in the Sugar Loaf Fire Protection District, physical capability, commitment to at least 15% call response rate and monthly training attendance
