Job Description
Junior Firefighter position with the Broad Brook Volunteer Fire Department. Must be aged 14-17, live within response area or reasonable distance to firehouse. Includes mandatory first-year training (Blood/Airborne Pathogen, HazMat Awareness). Access to incentive plan based on emergency and training attendance.
Requirements: Age 14-17, residency in Broad Brook/Windsorville/Melrose/Scantic or East Windsor, pass physical examination, pass criminal background checks (Town of East Windsor and State of Connecticut), complete mandatory first-year training
