Job Description
Learn to work as a team to protect lives and property. Duties include suppression of all types of fires (structure, brush, vehicles), extrication of victims at fire and motor vehicle accidents, water rescues, hazmat incidents, and assist with medical issues. Required fire company training and formal certification courses are available.
Requirements: 18 years or older, CT motor vehicle driver's license with no points, reside within Mohegan Fire Company response district or within 5 miles of fire station, pass background investigation and medical/physical qualification, obtain CT interior firefighter certification
