Job Description
The Emerald Isle Fire Department seeks dedicated individuals to join as Full-Time Firefighter/Paramedics. Performs fire suppression, emergency medical services, rescue operations, fire prevention, and emergency response. Works 48-hour shifts with a team.
Requirements: High School/GED, 1-2 years related work experience including 1 year emergency medical care, NC Firefighter I/II certification within 12 months, NC or equivalent Paramedic certification, Hazardous Materials Operations level within 12 months, ACLS/PHTLS/PALS certification, valid NC class C driver's license
Salary: Hiring rate $61,108. Salary range: $64,163 - 90,440
