Job Description
The Village of East Alton is accepting applications to establish an eligibility list for the position of Firefighter (Probationary). Applicants can apply for East Alton only, Wood River only, or both departments using a joint application and written test.
Requirements: Age 21-35 (unless otherwise provided by statute), High School Diploma or equivalent, Current CPAT certification at time of oral interviews, Pass extensive background investigation, Live within 20 linear miles of corporate limits, Must be available 1 year from date of hire
