Job Description
Join the Honey Creek Fire Department as a full-time firefighter. The department provides educational and training opportunities for firefighting personnel with full-time and reserve positions. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with Firefighter I and II certifications (or ability to obtain within one year) and EMT or Advanced EMT certification.
Requirements: Age 18+, valid Indiana driver's license or ability to obtain, Firefighter I and II or ability to obtain Firefighter II within one year, EMT or Advanced EMT (or ability to obtain EMT-Basic within first year), no felony convictions, high school diploma or GED, pass background investigation, not dishonorably discharged from military, pass Physical Ability Test
Salary: Base salary of $40,000 including estimated mandatory overtime
