Job Description
Volunteer firefighter positions with Mulvane Fire Rescue. New member class held January, typically 6-8 weeks. Training covers basic essentials of firefighting and fire ground safety. Members have 3 years to achieve Firefighter I certification.
Requirements: Kansas certification or ability to obtain; willingness to complete department new members class; 3 years to achieve Firefighter I certification
Salary: $3.00 per call and $4.00 per training session
