Job Description
Firefighter/Paramedic position requiring passage of Louisiana State Firefighters Civil Service Test and Paramedic Civil Service Test. Candidates must complete background investigation, psychological exam, medical exam, drug screen, Wonderlic test, and interview. Upon completion of Recruit Academy and probationary period, candidates become certified St. George Firefighters.
Requirements: Age 18+, high school diploma or GED, US citizenship or current immigration status, valid government-issued driver's license, Louisiana State Firefighters Civil Service Test passage, Paramedic Civil Service Test passage, NREMT Paramedic Certification, LA State Paramedic License, current CPR card, EMT certification
