Firefighter/Paid-On-Call

Under the direction of the Fire Chief and department command staff, the Paid-On-Call Firefighter protects life and property by responding to fires, medical emergencies, vehicle crashes and extrications, hazardous materials incidents, ice and water rescues, auto extrication, and other emergency situations. The position performs firefighting, rescue, emergency medical, prevention, and public education activities while supporting the mission and operational readiness of the department.

Salary: $20.00 Hourly
