Job Description
Volunteer firefighter positions with the Montrose Fire Department. All training is paid for by the department. Firefighters are eligible for partial pension after 5 years (full pension after 20 years). Compensation is $20 per call and $20 per training event. Daytime availability (8AM-4PM) receives additional consideration.
Requirements: 21 years of age or older, reside within 10 minutes driving time to Montrose Fire Station, pass application review, agility testing, interviews, background check, and physical examination
Salary: $20.00 per call and $20.00 per training event
