Job Description
The City of Jefferson is currently accepting applications for Firefighter for a hiring roster for the Fire Department. The position is responsible for protecting life and property by controlling and extinguishing fires, rescuing injured and trapped persons, rendering medical care, mitigating hazardous materials, and assisting other departments. Time is spent on training, maintaining facilities and equipment, inspecting businesses, and educating the public.
Salary: $47,888.59 - $54,755.34 Annually
