Full time Firefighter

Full-time firefighter must perform firefighting duties including operating in IDLH atmospheres and providing basic-level emergency medical care and rescue services. 24-hour shift position with benefits including health insurance, 401k, overtime opportunities, and tuition assistance for Fire Protection degree.

Requirements: NC Firefighter certification, NC-EMT Basic (or ability to obtain within 12 months), 18+ years old, residence within 25-mile radius of Denver Fire Headquarters, NC Class B Classified license (within 3 months), ICS certifications (100.c, 200.c, 700.b, 703.a, 706, 800.c) prior to start date

Salary: Starting salary: $50,020.00 plus the benefit package. After 6 months and successful completion of DFD Firefighter 2 job tasks: $51,435.57 with the potential of $54,007.34 with AAS in Fire Protection degree
