Job Description
Career firefighter position with the Walkertown Fire Department. Responsibilities include fire suppression, fire prevention, emergency medical response, and apparatus maintenance. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, NC Firefighter Certification, NC Hazardous Materials Operations Level, NC EMT Basic Certification, Valid NC Class B driver license, Successful completion of agility test and NFPA/OSHA physical
Salary: Starting Salary: $45,100 annually based on a 56-hour work week
