Job Description
Join the Island Heights Volunteer Fire Company as a volunteer firefighter. Volunteers devote free time to serving the community, responding to calls for service at all hours, conducting training exercises, and participating in community events. Free training, PPE, and uniforms provided.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age, capable of passing physical examination, capable of passing self-contained breathing apparatus fit test, able to satisfy specified meeting/drill/event/emergency response attendance percentages
