Job Description
The Mocksville Fire Department is accepting applications for part-time firefighter positions to fill 12-hour day and night shifts available 7 days a week. Performs fire suppression, emergency medical care, hazardous material response, and technical rescue work.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED, Valid NC driver license (Class B preferred), NC Firefighter 1 & 2 certification, NC Technical Rescuer certification, NC EMT-B certification, NC Class B license or ability to obtain within 6 months, NIMS 100/200/700/800, IFSAC accredited certifications
Salary: $15.00/hour during a 6-month probationary period $15.36/hour after successful completion of probationary period
