Job Description
Join the Armonk Independent Fire Company as a volunteer firefighter. Complete NYS-approved firefighter or EMT training (150-200 hours classroom plus hands-on drills). Respond to alarms, complete ongoing training and drills, attend cleanups, and participate in department activities. No prior firefighting or EMS experience required.
Requirements: NYS-approved firefighter or EMT certification, able to respond to alarms, high school students eligible, must be able to work weekday hours if possible
