Job Description
Full-time firefighter position with the City of Nowata Fire Department. No positions currently available, but applications accepted for future opportunities. Must pass Oklahoma State Fire Pension physical agility test and obtain Firefighter I certification, EMR, HAZ-MAT Awareness and Ops certifications within first year.
Requirements: Firefighter I (FF1), EMR, HAZ-MAT Awareness, HAZ-MAT Ops, eligible for Oklahoma State Fire Pension, pass physical agility test (1.5 mile run in 13 min, 35 sit-ups, 25+ push-ups, beam walk with hose, 125-lb weight carry 100 ft, weighted bends), pass pension physical, interview process
