Job Description
Charleston Fire District is seeking volunteer firefighters to serve the community. Training is provided at no cost. Volunteers respond to approximately 1,000 calls annually and receive reimbursement for expenses incurred in responding to alarms and drills.
Requirements: At least 18 years old, valid Oregon Driver's License, reside within Coos County, completion of Recruit Academy, physical abilities test, background investigation, medical evaluation
Salary: $10.00 per weekly training session and per alarm response
