Job Description
Seasonal wildland firefighter position with Mosier Fire District running from June 15, 2023 through September 30, 2023 (tentatively). Working 8-hour shifts responding to wildland fire and standard calls for service, plus training and administrative duties. Maximum 32 hours per week authorized.
Requirements: NWCG Firefighter 2 (minimum); preferences for NWCG Firefighter 1, NFPA Firefighter 1 (or Oregon equivalent), NFPA Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator, NWCG Crew Boss. Proof of certification(s) required at application.
Salary: $20.25 per hour
