Job Description
Volunteer firefighter positions with Nestucca Rural Fire Protection District. Roles include fire suppression, emergency medical response, apparatus operations, public education, and administrative support. Training provided to recognized standards; all personnel trained in emergency medical care from CPR/First Aid to EMT/Advanced EMT levels.
Requirements: Age 18+, no experience required, commitment required, willing to train to NFPA standards. Cadet program available for ages 16-17 with path to Firefighter 1 certification at age 18.
