Volunteer Firefighter (Live-In Program)

Fayetteville Fire Department is recruiting volunteers for its Live-In Program. Members respond to over 700 fire, rescue, and QRS calls annually and provide fire suppression, vehicle extrication, technical rescue, hazmat support, and first responder EMS services. Live-ins receive cost-free housing with amenities including internet, workout room, kitchen facilities, and unlimited training opportunities including programs at Pennsylvania State Fire Academy, Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute, and National Fire Academy.

Requirements: Firefighter I (preferred), Vehicle Rescue Technician (preferred), Hazardous Materials operations level (preferred), CPR/AED, PA DOH First Responder or higher (preferred). Previous training and experience given first consideration, but anyone interested is encouraged to apply.
