Job Description
Career firefighter position with Norristown Fire Department. Applicants must be Pennsylvania State Certified Level II Firefighter or equivalent and meet NFPA standards for driver operator certification.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, U.S. citizen, 21 years of age, valid Pennsylvania driver's license, Pennsylvania State Certified Level II Firefighter (NFPA 1001), NFPA 1002 Driver Operator certification or EVOC plus pump operations, physically and mentally fit
