Job Description
Under general supervision responds to fire and emergency calls. Provides fire suppression duties to ensure public safety. Works under stressful, high-risk conditions. This posting is for interest in Recruit Class 27-01 beginning in January 2027.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, 18 years old minimum, must complete pre-hire Physical Agility Test, written testing, oral interview, medical physical and VO2 test, and departmental Recruit Firefighter Program including NFPA Firefighter certification
Salary: $44,345.60
