Job Description
Career Firefighter position with the Marion Fire Department. The Firefighter will respond to fire and other emergency calls and perform a wide variety of duties related to fire suppression to ensure public safety and welfare, working under general supervision and stressful, high-risk conditions.
Requirements: At least 18 years old, high school diploma or GED, valid SC driver's license, Firefighter II certified or willing to attend SCFA recruit school, must pass written exam, physical agility test, interview, SLED background check, drug test, and medical physical
