Job Description
Firefighter Recruit position with Clarksville Fire Rescue. Applicants must pass a five-phase hiring process including written exam, physical ability test (FPAT), board interview, background check, and chief interview. Comprehensive benefits package includes state retirement plan, medical/dental insurance, paid vacation, and longevity pay.
Requirements: At least 21 years of age by January 11, 2027; high school diploma or GED; valid driver's license; U.S. citizenship; pass background check; pass drug screen and random testing
Salary: Beginning salary - $43,066; increases to $52,347 upon graduating the academy
