Full Time Firefighter

The City of Coleman Fire Department is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time firefighter position. The role involves responding to fire/rescue/medical/MVC/hazmat incidents, maintaining equipment, assisting with public education and inspections, and working a 2/2/3 shift schedule (48/48/72 hours). Applicant must be available to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, Texas Commission on Fire Protection Basic Structural Certification by date of hire, minimum Class B Exempt State of Texas driver's license or ability to obtain within 90 days, good driving record, physical fitness level to respond and execute duties, pre-employment physical and drug testing required

Salary: $42,690.07 -$53,314.05
