Compensated Volunteer Firefighter

Compensated volunteer positions for individuals interested in fire service and/or emergency medical service (EMS) or driver/operator roles. No previous experience or training required; department provides fire academy certification training through grant funding.

Requirements: 18 years of age, good physical and mental condition, no felony convictions, pass criminal background check, pass medical screening and drug screen, valid DMV status, completion of FEMA/NIMS ICS-100/ICS-200/IS-700/IS-800 courses, Courage to Be Safe course, National Traffic Incident Management Responder course, TCFP Basic Fire Academy within first year
