Job Description
Volunteer Firefighter position with the Elderville-Lakeport VFD. No previous experience or training required; training provided through Fire Academy grants and in-house programs. Must be at least 18 years old, pass background check, drug screen, and complete required NIMS classes within 6 months.
Requirements: Age 18+, good physical and mental condition, valid driver's license, pass criminal background check (no felonies), pass drug screen, complete NIMS classes (ICS 100/200/700/800), Courage to be Safe course, National Traffic Incident Management Responder course, attend minimum 4 training meetings within 6 months
