Job Description
Full-time firefighter position with Austin County ESD No. 2. Role includes responding to fire, rescue, medical, and public service calls; operating fire apparatus; performing fire suppression and rescue operations; and providing emergency medical care. May include Firefighter/EMT or Firefighter/Paramedic assignments depending on certification level.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, valid Texas driver's license, Texas Commission on Fire Protection certification as Basic Firefighter or higher, Texas Department of State Health Services EMT certification or higher, ability to maintain certifications and licenses
