Job Description
Entry-level firefighter position with Salt Lake City Fire Department. Candidates must complete a job application via Workday, National Testing Network (NTN) FireTEAM written exam, and NTN online video interview between December 1, 2026 and February 28, 2027. Selected candidates will advance to Pre-Academy Field Day, background investigation, and chief interviews for potential placement in Recruit Class 60 (Fall 2027) or Class 61 (Spring 2028).
Requirements: Must be 18+ by written exam date, high school diploma or GED by written exam date, valid driver's license by employment date, ability to legally work in US, pass physical agility test (TPAC), pass background investigation, pass medical evaluation
