Job Description
Volunteer firefighter position with Cowlitz County Fire District 6, a combination department with 28 volunteer responders. Volunteers are trained to the same level as career responders and perform in the same capacity. The department accepts both EMS and fire volunteers and provides paid training, volunteer stipends, life insurance, and retirement benefits.
Requirements: 18 years old, high school diploma/GED or higher, valid driver's license, pass background check, pass fit test and drug screen, provide 3-year driver's record abstract, meet participation requirements and complete required training
