Job Description
City of Wausau Firefighter/Paramedics respond to emergencies and perform fire suppression activities, rescue work, hazardous materials response, and basic or advanced life-support emergency medical service. Current Paramedic Program students actively enrolled in Wisconsin Technician College system programs to obtain EMT-Paramedic license on or before June 30, 2026 are also welcome to apply.
Requirements: EMT-Paramedic license (or EMT-Basic with active enrollment in Paramedic training program)
Salary: $5,338.02 - $6,767.74 Monthly
